Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand recruitment needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recruitment insights to hiring managers.
  • Guide hiring managers through the SuccessFactors recruitment system.
  • Lead large-scale hiring campaigns for bulk recruitment.
  • Contribute to TA transformation programmes and process improvements.
  • Manage the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Proactively source candidates using various strategies.
  • Represent Serco as an ambassador, aligning recruitment activities with brand values.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in in-house or agency recruitment across different levels and functions.
  • Proven expertise in direct sourcing techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a complex environment.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently.
  • Comfortable working with KPI-driven environments.
  • Experience using ATS systems, with SuccessFactors knowledge being a plus.
