Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and guide hiring teams on best practices.
- Enhance employer branding and boost online presence in collaboration with Communications.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions, adverts, and recruitment methods.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, working closely with L&D and People Partners.
- Maintain communication with new hires during their first six months to ensure engagement.
- Collect feedback to improve the candidate journey and overall hiring experience.
- Track and report key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and negotiate cost-effective hiring solutions.
Key Skills:
- Significant in-house recruitment experience managing multiple UK vacancies across a broad spectrum of roles.
- Ability to implement process efficiencies and improve hiring workflows.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems (e.g., Cascade IRIS).
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Understanding of employment law related to recruitment practices.
