Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment strategies for a variety of business support roles in London, initially on a 9-month contract with potential for permanent placement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and guide hiring teams on best practices.
  • Enhance employer branding and boost online presence in collaboration with Communications.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions, adverts, and recruitment methods.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, working closely with L&D and People Partners.
  • Maintain communication with new hires during their first six months to ensure engagement.
  • Collect feedback to improve the candidate journey and overall hiring experience.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and negotiate cost-effective hiring solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Significant in-house recruitment experience managing multiple UK vacancies across a broad spectrum of roles.
  • Ability to implement process efficiencies and improve hiring workflows.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems (e.g., Cascade IRIS).
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of employment law related to recruitment practices.
