Summary: The Talent Acquisition PMO Lead role is focused on standardizing processes and project management practices across divisions within the client organization. Job Title: TA PMO Lead /TA PMO Lead / Talent Acquisition PMO Manager

Location: Salford OR London

Mode of working: Hybrid (2 Days in the Office)

Duration: 3 Months contract initially

Job Spec: The purpose of the role is to drive more consistent approach across divisions within the client, So that processes, trackers, project plans are consistent. Focus on getting successfactors reporting solidified and doing it really well. They will need to be a SAP Successfactors Talent Acquisition PMO Manager – must have been in TA and used the system (or any number of ATS) who understands recruitment need, but have progressed to PMO lead.

Essential In-depth knowledge and experience of a range of project management tools and techniques, with an ability to lead, role model, and coach within and outside your function.
