Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple departments to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Source candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to improve hiring processes and employer branding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
