Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Atom Bank plays a pivotal role in enhancing the candidate experience through various recruitment activities. This position involves supporting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes for early talent. The role is designed for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills who can thrive in a dynamic environment. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract requiring a minimum of two days in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various Talent Acquisition activities including candidate management and interview coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Partner and assist in Employer Branding and Assessment Centres.
- Screen initial applications and coordinate onboarding for early talent.
- Ensure job adverts and social media posts are current and accurate.
- Participate in interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit.
- Manage operational aspects of boot camp and assessment centre recruitment processes.
- Contribute to recruitment MI production ensuring data accuracy.

- Experience in recruitment, preferably in a coordinator or support role.

- Ability to manage and understand management information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
