About the role This is an opportunity to join a team of Resourcing Coordinators in our Retail Recruitment Hub based in our CCEC. Working alongside our UK Stores, this role will be integral to resourcing phenomenal candidates across a range of roles and locations for our festive temp colleagues. This is a temporary role - 10 week fixed term contract. Please note: This role is hybrid working, with the expectation of a minimum of 3 days working in an office location.
You will be responsible for Ensuring every candidate has the best experience possible, whilst providing an outstanding service to our Store teams Maintaining and sustaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring the right routines are followed. Building positive relationships with the Recruitment Coordinators our Retail Hub and provide regular updates on the resourcing progress.
