Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports using Tableau.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all Tableau solutions.
- Promote data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization.
- (Optional) Support or develop ETL workflows to prepare and transform data for reporting.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar BI role.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of data quality and integrity.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable Skills: Qlik Sense.
