Summary: The IBM ODM Lead role involves serving as the primary contact for stakeholders and product owners, leading requirements analysis, and architecting end-to-end ODM solutions. The position requires extensive experience in IT and IBM ODM, along with strong technical and leadership skills. The role also includes providing mentorship to an offshore team and collaborating with enterprise architects for production rollouts. This position is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and product owners.
- Lead requirements analysis with business and translate them into ODM rule flows & projects.
- Architect end-to-end ODM solutions and integrate with enterprise applications (Java, APIs, BPM, etc.).
- Review and approve rule design, coding standards, and deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to offshore team.
- Plan sprints, assign tasks, and ensure quality deliveries.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT teams for production rollouts.
Key Skills:
- 8-10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in IBM ODM (Decision Center and Decision Server).
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
- Strong experience in rule design patterns, governance, and architecture.
- Proficient in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integration.
- Experience in onshore-offshore coordination, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
