Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Test Engineers, T&D Design Engineers, and Project Engineers on rig build and operation tasks.
• Utilize and update job lists, deadlines, and deliverables to meet testing objectives.
• Interpret assembly drawings and understand car components for correct assembly.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for new equipment and test rig designs.
• Propose improvements for data capture methods and assist in strategic test method enhancements.
• Regularly report progress to Lead Engineer and Test Manager, highlighting risks and concerns.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to workshop documentation creation.
• Maintain and develop skills to industry standards and stay updated on test and development knowledge.
