Summary: The role of HR Business Partner (HRBP) involves providing professional HR leadership and support to divisional managers within an NHS organization in the South East of England. The post-holder will focus on improving staff engagement, addressing workforce issues, and enhancing patient care while achieving divisional objectives. This interim position requires effective communication and partnership development within the divisional team. The role is expected to last for three months, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop constructive partnerships with assigned Divisional managers, ensuring support, coaching, and development.
- Communicate effectively and sensitively in highly emotional circumstances, including change and restructuring exercises.
- Lead the implementation of the Trust’s workforce strategies and achieve workforce KPIs and corporate projects.
- Collate responses to Staff Surveys and provide authoritative advice on employment law and current working practices.
Key Skills:
- HRBP experience within the NHS.
