Summary: The Systems Project Manager will lead an ERP transition for a rapidly growing multi-site manufacturing group, focusing on unifying their systems following recent acquisitions. This role requires end-to-end ownership of the project, including scoping, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and training. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and operations, primarily on-site in Hull, to ensure the project meets the organization's needs. Experience with ERP systems, particularly BizTrack, is essential for driving this initiative forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ERP upgrade at one of the group's core manufacturing businesses
- Own the transition end-to-end - from scoping and stakeholder buy-in to implementation and training
- Work directly with senior leadership, operations, and IT
- Be on-site in Hull regularly to facilitate project progress
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading ERP or major systems transitions in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of operational workflows - raw materials to finished product
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams
- Exposure to BizTrack is advantageous
- Confidence and credibility to push a project forward with pace
