Summary: The Systems Administrator & Data Analyst role is a full-time, fixed-term position until March 31, 2026, with potential for extension or permanence. The successful candidate will support a UK-based membership organization in their digital transformation by managing core business systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and dashboards. Advanced skills in Dynamics 365 CRM administration are essential for this position. Occasional travel may be required as part of the flexible working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering & maintaining core business systems – including Dynamics 365 CRM, finance systems, and website integrations
- Ensuring data integrity – implementing best practices for data hygiene, audits, and reporting
- Designing dashboards & reports – using Power BI, Advanced Find, and Excel to deliver actionable insights
- Training & supporting colleagues – empowering teams to make the most of their digital tools
- Collaborating on digital projects – contributing to the digital roadmap and supporting system improvements
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar systems/data role
- Advanced skills in Dynamics 365 CRM administration (especially Advanced Find)
- Strong data management & reporting expertise (Excel, Power BI, data warehouses)
- Experience in testing (UAT/integration) and using tools like DevOps or Jira
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of training and supporting users
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Desirable: Experience in a membership body, association, or subscription business
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power BI
- Familiarity with GDPR and ISO 9001 environments
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, or ITIL
