Summary: The role of Workday Financials Programme Manager involves leading and delivering the Workday Financial implementation across the UK business for a sports client. This position requires extensive experience in ERP implementations, particularly with Workday Financials, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The contract is initially for 12 months and is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days a week in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the overall delivery of the Workday implementation across Finance, Procurement and HR
- Act as the link between the delivery teams and the business, ensuring delivery is aligned to the business goals and objectives
- Engage with stakeholders across the UK ensuring changes and progress of delivery is communicated across the business
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in leading ERP implementations, especially Workday Financial implementations across finance, HR and procurement
- End-to-end programme leadership experience across technology driven programmes
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders with confidence to positively influence and challenge where appropriate
- A self-starter who is tenacious, entrepreneurial and willing to show initiative
