Summary: The Supply Chain System Change Lead will oversee the integration of the SAP system into a new interface as part of the Global Source to Pay (GS2P) Project. This role involves supporting process design, effective communication, and training within the supply chain function while ensuring compliance with governance and risk management frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the GS2P Process design and deployment into the business unit
  • Enable the Supply chain function through effective communication and training of the new interface
  • Work effectively with relevant colleagues in Governance and SAP to ensure that the any changes are implemented effectively and align to the Risk and Control Matrix and 2nd Line Assurance activities are able to be performed effectively
  • Analysing data and create progress reports for senior leadership
  • Review and identify changes, where necessary, to the Supply Chain Global Governance and Assurance framework

Essential Your skills and experiences:

  • Change management experience
  • ERP System knowledge – SAP
  • Knowledge of the end to end Supply chain process

As the Supply Chain System Change Lead for our Global Source to Pay (GS2P) Project, you will be responsible for supporting the system change across the business unit, integrating our SAP system into the new interface and managing the associated changes to end-to-end process and risk. This position reports into the Supply Chain System Change Manager to support delivery of the project. You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge across the supply chain function and will engage with varying levels of stakeholders across the enterprise as part of the position, with the potential to lead into more senior positions within a global business.
