Summary: The role of Project Manager involves leading various projects throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction are maintained. The position requires managing multiple projects from inception to launch while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from brief to launch, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines and communicate key milestones with all stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve project-related challenges
  • Prepare costing documents and negotiate pricing with suppliers and customers
  • Develop filling and assembly specifications; organise and oversee filling trials
  • Manage artwork coordination and approval processes
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Formulation, Design, and Engineering
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients through regular communication and site visits

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in project management within FMCG environments
  • Background in beauty or health & wellness manufacturing advantageous
  • Confident in customer-facing roles with strong commercial understanding
  • Experience overseeing full-service projects from concept to completion
  • Strong understanding of product development processes
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator and confident negotiator
  • Team-oriented with great interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven
