Summary: The Supply Chain Consultant will lead the successful delivery of a large-scale supply chain transformation programme, focusing on Logility implementation. This role requires collaboration with clients on demand planning, inventory management, and forecasting to ensure alignment with business needs. The consultant will act as a liaison between the client and the implementation team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adoption of the new solution. Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops, monitoring progress, and supporting change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key liaison between the client and the Logility implementation team
- Support the mobilisation phase and subsequent stages of the Logility rollout
- Ensure the Logility team delivers configuration aligned with business requirements
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements for the Logility delivery team
- Hold the vendor to account for timely, high-quality delivery
- Support client stakeholders with adoption and integration of the new solution
- Assist in the implementation of supply chain best practices across demand planning and inventory management
- Provide input on change management and business readiness
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, validate and refine requirements
- Monitor progress and raise risks or issues in a timely manner
Key Skills:
- Experience with Kinaxis, SAP IPB, John Galt, Oracle SCM Cloud, OMP, o9 or Logility
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, particularly demand planning and inventory management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable requirements
- Experience in change management and business readiness
- Proficient in facilitating workshops and discussions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to monitor project progress
