Summary: The Supply Chain Consultant role involves conducting a comprehensive review of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement, with a focus on forecasting, planning, and supplier management. The consultant will advise the board on strategic supply chain initiatives and develop tailored solutions to support business growth. The position requires significant experience in supply chain consultancy and the ability to mentor others. This role is expected to be approximately three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a root and branch review of the supply chain to identify improvement areas for business growth.
• Map current processes and capacity, focusing on forecasting/planning, SOPs, and supplier management.
• Advise the board on short, medium, and long-term supply chain strategy with clear outcomes.
• Provide ongoing advice and development of bespoke solutions.
