This is a 4-month fixed-term contract based in London, requiring strong administrative and IT skills. The role demands multitasking in a fast-paced environment to support students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the eligibility of prospective students to study at the institution.
- Ensure all student documents are in order as required.
- Guide students through the enrolment process, providing essential information and support.
- Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a seamless transition for students.
- Manage a busy and varied workload while adhering to deadlines.
- Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
