We are working with a highly regarded City law firm in London that requires assistance in their Structured Finance team, starting ASAP for c. 3 months.
Successful Lawyers are likely to be Structured Finance specialists with upwards of 5 years’ PQE. It is likely that candidates will be qualified in England & Wales, although those qualified in other commonwealth jurisdictions (such as Australia and/or New Zealand, for instance), who possess relevant UK based experience, are also encouraged to apply.
During the course of the assignment, the successful Lawyer can expect to advise fintech lending platforms and funders on structuring, drafting and reviewing structured finance documentation, including debt issuances, warehouse line and private securitisations, as well as drafting standard term lending and security documentation.
The firm operates a hybrid working policy, with 2-3 days per week required in the London office.
