Summary: The Senior Project Manager will lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on Salesforce and enterprise systems, within a global transformation team. This role requires a technically skilled leader with extensive project management experience, responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing vendors, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex programs and driving successful adoption of new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
  • Manage external vendors, service integrators (SIs), and delivery partners to ensure quality and timely outcomes.
  • Oversee project financials, including budget planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance management.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our global transformation team and lead high-impact digital programs across complex, multi-layered environments. This role is ideal for a highly organized, technically astute leader with a proven track record of delivering international programs, particularly within CRM or Salesforce-related projects.
