Key Responsibilities:

• Understand existing and new products to fully test functionality.
• Create and document automated and manual test plans/scripts.
• Ensure new products meet defined requirements and obtain deployment sign-off.
• Execute test cases and analyze results.
• Conduct all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression).
• Record defects and produce reports for developers and management.
• Manage software bugs and prioritize them correctly.
• Conduct post-release regression testing during maintenance windows.
• Manage test environments and control application deployments.
• Monitor hardware platforms and escalate issues as necessary.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Experience in Service Delivery within a development team.
• Ability to build and manage automated test scripts using software tools.
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr, Bugzilla, Cucumber).
• Good understanding of SQL.
• Knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 packages.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure.
