Summary: We are looking for a Security Cleared QA Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of software systems in a secure environment. The role involves designing and executing test plans, implementing automated testing frameworks, and conducting various types of testing. The ideal candidate must have active security clearance and experience in a government or defense setting. This position is hybrid and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Implement automated test frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency.
• Conduct security, performance, and accessibility testing as required.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer in a government or defence environment.
• Security clearance at SC/DV level is required.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Tosca, or similar).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies is also beneficial.
