Sr Lawyer - Securities & Asset Management Legal - 12 months FTC

Key Skills:

• Current practising certificate in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in securitisation and DCM transactions.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to securitisation.
• Ability to provide sound and commercial legal advice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building networks and collaboration.
