Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all visitors at the pool or waterfront as Lifeguards.
• Conduct regular safety checks and enforce guidelines.
• Lead engaging water-based activities as Watersports Instructors.
• Provide excellent instruction for various ages and skill levels.
• Oversee watersports activities and mentor the instructor team as Senior Watersports Instructors.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions and ensure safety compliance.
• Support planning and management of events or activities.

Key Skills:

• NPLQ/OWL qualification preferred for Lifeguards.
• RYA or UKCC level 1 in Kayak & Canoe qualifications or equivalent for Watersports Instructors.
• Advanced RYA/BC or equivalent qualifications for Senior Watersports Instructors.
• Leadership experience for Senior Watersports Instructors.
