Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project planning, timelines, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Support solution design, scoping, and execution aligned to business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain repeatable solution content (best practices, guides, documentation)
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to business process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Product, Sales) to enhance solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and identify trends to improve future solution delivery
- Support partner strategy development and contribute to business reviews
- Help define product gaps and contribute to new feature development and enhancements
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams
Key Skills:
- Experience in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or similar client-facing roles
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical or operational solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

We’re currently hiring a Solutions Consultant to join a leading global technology organisation based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, helping shape and deliver innovative solutions for partners and clients.
Working pattern: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office)
