Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, timelines, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Support solution design, scoping, and execution aligned to business and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain repeatable solution content (best practices, guides, documentation)
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to business process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Product, Sales) to enhance solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify trends to improve future solution delivery
  • Support partner strategy development and contribute to business reviews
  • Help define product gaps and contribute to new feature development and enhancements
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams

  • Experience in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or similar client-facing roles

We’re currently hiring a Solutions Consultant to join a leading global technology organisation based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, helping shape and deliver innovative solutions for partners and clients.

Working pattern: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office)

Duration: 12 months (potential extension)

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable, effective solutions across the full client lifecycle.
