Summary: The Solution Designer role focuses on creating end-to-end solutions in the telecommunications sector, specifically involving BSS applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive end-to-end solution designs that meet business requirements and enhance customer experience.
• Design and implement integration strategies between Salesforce, ServiceNow, and CSG systems to streamline processes and improve data flow.
• Ensure seamless system interaction through effective interface designs.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the solution implementation process.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to align solutions with business objectives.
• Assess and enhance internal functions, systems, and business strategies to support future growth.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in telecom processes and technologies, particularly with BSS applications such as CRM, Product Catalog, Order Orchestration, Billing, and Service Assurance.
• Strong understanding of Fibre Access Network, including network nodes and topologies.
• Experience with telecom IT architecture, methodologies, functions, and data mapping.
• Technical skills in TMForum Open APIs, Frameworx, Microservices, UML, REST/Webservices, JSON, and Agile Development.
• Knowledge of Test & Diagnostics applications is desirable.
