Summary: The UAT Test Lead will coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) in Hammersmith, ensuring effective communication and alignment among stakeholders. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and involves planning, executing, and reporting on testing activities. The position is a 6-month contract, requiring on-site presence four days a week. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops the UAT schedule and ensures readiness to begin.
- Connects with super users/testers and workstream leads to ensure alignment and quick issue resolution.
- Coordinates test execution and monitors progress throughout.
- Tracks issues, ensures follow-ups, and communicates impact and status clearly.
- Provides clear updates on testing status, blockers, and overall UAT execution.
