Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments.
- Manage system updates, patches, and software deployments across the organisation.
- Analyse and troubleshoot SCCM infrastructure and client issues.
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system design and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance endpoint management strategies.
- Monitor system performance and optimise for efficiency and scalability.
- Proven experience as an SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Hands-on expertise in software distribution and patch management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting for administrative tasks.
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in the Banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate are advantageous.
