Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lifting operations as a Slinger/Signaller on a heavy marine civils project.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
- Work 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with potential weekend availability.
- Provide proof of right to work in the UK and pass a drugs and alcohol test upon induction.
- Participate in training for upskilling as required.
Key Skills:
- A40 CPCS Blue Slinger/Signaller certification.
- Previous experience in heavy civils lifting operations.
- Ability to work in a secure site environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full time, contract, long term project
We are looking for 3 Experienced Slinger/Signallers to start on a long term civils & infrastructure project in Plymouth. This is a Heavy Marine Civils project within a secure site.
Start date: subject to vetting process required for security. - At no expense to applicants as DBS is paid for by us.
PACKAGE:
- Basic Rate of £20.08 p/h PAYE + Daily Shift allowance of £3
- Lodge and Travel where applicable in line with CIJC
- Rate after achieved working 39 hours in the week: £30.12 p/h PAYE
- Long term work - 5 years plus
- Weekly Pay
- 31 days holiday annually including bank holidays.
- 10 Hour shifts Mon-Fri
- Saturdays first 4 hours time and half, double time thereafter, Sundays Double Time
- Pension as per standard employment.
- Training for upskilling paid for.
- PPE supplied.
- Some Weekend Availability.
To be successful for Slinger/Signaller job you must have:
- A40 CPCS Blue Slinger/Signaller
- Previous experience in Heavy Civils Lifting
