Summary: The Site Reliability Engineer role at 101 Ways involves designing and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) while ensuring high reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Supporting container orchestration with Kubernetes (GKE)
  • Managing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases
  • Supporting data workflows using BigQuery
  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
  • Driving observability and reliability through monitoring, alerting, and automation

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience with GCP services, especially GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, and BigQuery
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL database management and performance tuning
  • Experience with Terraform and CI/CD tooling
  • Familiarity with observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver)
  • Scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python, or Go)
  • Solid grasp of SRE principles (SLOs, error budgets, incident response)
  • Nice to have - experience with AWS
