Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Project Manager, Contractor, and Client
- Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
- Read and interpret drawings
- Update and check against the construction programme
- Prepare site documents such as work orders and purchase orders
- Ensure successful completion and handover of sections of work on site
- Achieve quality standards by implementing inspection and test plans
- Manage time effectively
- Communicate effectively with the client and subcontractors
