Summary: The Shopper Marketing Manager role at a dynamic food business involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth across key retailers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Shopper Marketing strategies to drive growth across key retailers.
  • Create in-store and online activations, including POS materials, promotions, and sampling activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, and Category teams.
  • Communicate effectively with retailers to deliver successful Shopper activations.
  • Utilize customer insights and data to enhance brand visibility and conversion.
  • Manage budgets effectively.
  • Understand key competitors and dynamics within the FMCG sector.

  • Experience within FMCG, preferably in packaged goods.
