Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Shopper Marketing strategies to drive growth across key retailers.
- Create in-store and online activations, including POS materials, promotions, and sampling activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, and Category teams.
- Communicate effectively with retailers to deliver successful Shopper activations.
- Utilize customer insights and data to enhance brand visibility and conversion.
- Manage budgets effectively.
- Understand key competitors and dynamics within the FMCG sector.
