Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert across the platform and related technologies.
- Lead and guide technical teams, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Provide technical direction and contribute to key architectural decisions.
- Oversee technical governance across the ServiceNow platform.
- Enforce coding standards across Accenture and Post Office development teams.
- Produce and maintain High-Level Design documentation.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and development blockers.
- Identify, document, and drive improvement opportunities across the platform.
- Support platform health management activities.
- Participate in technical triage for major incidents when required.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design, governance, and best practices.
