Summary: The ServiceNow Developer role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on delivering complex technical solutions and supporting the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
- Undertake operational activities including incident resolution and platform maintenance.
- Perform peer checking of deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
- Participate in team DevOps ceremonies providing valuable input.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in ServiceNow development, particularly ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Familiarity with integrating external platforms/data into ServiceNow.
- Experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with ServiceNow HR, SecOps, CMDB, or Virtual Agent modules.
- Utilization of ServiceNow Catalogue Builder and Flow Designer components.
- Experience in a DevOps environment and related processes.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
