Summary: The ServiceNow Business Analyst role at US3 Consulting involves supporting a high-impact transformation program in the UK, focusing on designing and operationalizing ITSM processes. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow and business analysis, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and service transition. The position is hybrid, requiring at least two days a week in the office, and is contract-based for a minimum of six months. Immediate availability is preferred for this fully allocated role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and implement ServiceNow workflows, focusing on Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge processes.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to align service design elements and support models.
  • Contribute to Early Life Support and post go-live planning for operational readiness.
  • Partner with the Service Transition Lead to deliver critical milestones on schedule.
  • Support the design and delivery of service solutions following ITIL v3 best practices.
  • Complete Service Design Packs and Service Assurance Checklists ahead of platform launch.
  • Liaise with Internal Service Owners, Product Owners, and Service Providers for go-live readiness.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Service Transition, Service Design, or ITSM implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4, especially Service Transition, Change, Incident, and Readiness.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and service process alignment.
  • Delivery experience in complex, multi-vendor environments.
  • Early Life Support planning experience (optional).
  • Hands-on with Service Design Pack and Service Assurance Checklists (optional).
  • Involvement in go-live readiness activities (optional).
  • Background in large-scale transformation programs (optional).
