Summary: The ServiceNow Business Analyst role involves supporting the delivery and adoption of ServiceNow SAMPro within a global organization. The position requires leading requirements gathering and business analysis activities to ensure technology solutions meet user needs and improve processes. The analyst will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders throughout the Software License Management life cycle. This contract position is hybrid, based in London or Cardiff, with a focus on enhancing user experience and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, process design, and business analysis activities for ServiceNow SAMPro.
- Act as the voice of the business to ensure technology solutions align with user needs.
- Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and developers to support implementation and testing.
- Conduct data analysis and migration for software asset, contract, and license data.
- Facilitate business adoption of SAMPro and improve user experience.
- Create end-to-end process maps and user stories.
- Utilize strong process mapping skills using Visio or iGrafx.
Key Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis experience within ServiceNow SAMPro.
- Experience capturing requirements, user stories, and end-to-end process maps.
- Knowledge of SAMPro functionality, metering, discovery, and integrations (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, SaaS portals).
- Experience supporting SAMPro implementation and BAU adoption.
- Data analysis and migration experience for software asset, contract, and license data.
- Experience collaborating with development, testing teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong process mapping skills using Visio or iGrafx.
- Knowledge of CSDM (desirable).
- Experience with ServiceNow ITBM, ADO, or Monday.com (desirable).
- PowerBI and Excel for reporting and data analysis (desirable).
