Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging and managing third-party incidents and service desk tickets end-to-end
  • Supporting IT hardware break-fix, mobile, and third-party services
  • Working with stakeholders and vendors to keep documentation up to date
  • Supporting compliance activities, including due diligence and risk assessments
  • Assisting with reporting, metrics, and service performance tracking
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email, including billing, faults, and account enquiries
  • Coordinating with suppliers for device orders and ensuring processes are followed
  • Supporting invoice reconciliation alongside the finance team
  • Providing backup support across service desk channels when required

Key Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Experience using CRM, ITSM or ticketing systems

Service Desk Third Party Analyst (6 Month FTC) Hybrid – Reading (3 days per week in office - non-negotiable)

We’re looking for a Service Desk Third Party Analyst to join our ICT Services team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting third-party services, vendors, and service desk operations.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll act as a central point of coordination between customers, internal teams, and external suppliers, ensuring incidents and requests are managed from start to finish.
