Summary: The Service Delivery Administrator will play a vital role in the Offshore renewable service sector, providing essential administrative support to offshore energy projects. This position requires a proactive and personable approach in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing personnel movements, travel arrangements, and maintaining project files and databases. It is a temporary contract role with the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer offshore personnel movements, facilitating and booking travel arrangements.
- Assist in offshore time sheet administration.
- Undertake weekend on call duties on a rotational basis.
- Maintain accurate material and equipment tracking lists, crew planner, and weekly movements log.
- Generate, administer, and organize all Project files for offshore delivery and administration.
- Maintain the offshore personnel database.
- Assist in onboarding of personnel.
Key Skills:
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE/'O' Level (Including English and Math).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Personable and approachable with a focus on building effective relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of working autonomously.
- Proficient in Business Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment, industry experience an advantage.
