Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, managing onboarding and results delivery.

Role Purpose

To lead client relationships, drive new business growth, and guide a talented team to deliver outstanding results. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our technical SEO team - translating complex digital concepts into clear, actionable strategies that make sense to real-world business owners. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll be managing client portfolios, supporting business development, and mentoring the team that delivers the work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Services & Relationship Management
  • Be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients - from onboarding through to results delivery. You would be working with a member of the SEO team on delivery of the results, with you being the primary contact for the portfolio of clients.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships and ensure clients feel supported, understood, and guided.
  • Translate technical SEO and digital marketing activity into plain, relatable language.
  • Review campaign performance, identify insights, and communicate results clearly and confidently.

  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client growth.
  • Work with the Founder and COO to refine the agency’s growth strategy and service positioning.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and sales reporting.
  • Support refinement of packages, pricing, and services based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline stages, and sales activity.
  • Team Leadership & Line Management
  • Lead and develop a team of 4 (2 Marketing Executives, 2 Senior Marketing Executives).
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and professional development support.
  • Champion high standards of communication, project delivery, and client care.
  • Support resource planning and workload management across the team.
  • Facilitate weekly workflow check-ins or stand-ups to keep delivery on track.
  • Monitor team output for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with SEO strategy.
  • Act as the escalation point for team or client challenges before involving senior leadership.
  • Operational & Strategic Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on process improvement, service evolution, and quality control.
  • Feed into BrisTechTonic’s internal marketing activity where relevant (thought leadership, events, PR).
