Summary: The Senior Wireless Network Engineer (Stadiums) role involves leading complex, high-density Wi-Fi deployments primarily in stadium environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement high-density Wi-Fi deployments in stadiums and arenas.
- Design and configure wireless networks, including Wi-Fi controllers, access points, switches, and routers.
- Conduct site surveys and utilize industry survey tools for network optimization.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and propose comprehensive network designs.
- Perform troubleshooting, interference analysis, and RF optimization.
- Produce technical documentation, including design documents and diagrams.
Key Skills:
- BSc or BEng degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi and network vendor equipment (e.g., Extreme Networks, Cisco, Aruba).
