Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Summary: An international bank is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer with extensive experience in implementing and supporting GRC modules, specifically IRM, BCM, and TPRM. This role involves collaboration with existing Senior ServiceNow Engineers to enhance the bank's risk management capabilities. The position is critical for supporting compliance with regulatory standards in the financial sector. The successful candidate will report to the ServiceNow Platform Manager and work on-site in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support ServiceNow GRC modules, particularly IRM, BCM, and TPRM.
• Collaborate with Senior ServiceNow Engineers to improve risk management processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the financial/technology sector.
• Utilize ServiceNow best practices to enhance platform capabilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address and resolve issues related to IRM.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of technical experience with implementing and supporting ServiceNow, specifically the IRM module.
• Strong understanding of risk management and ServiceNow best practices.
• Proven experience ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the financial/technology sector.
• Relevant and current ServiceNow certifications.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
• Experience working in regulated environments, particularly in finance, insurance, or critical infrastructure sectors.
