Key Responsibilities:

• Work within an agile team to achieve sprint goals through collaboration and support.
• Coach and mentor testers and developers within and across teams.
• Drive a quality-focused culture and mindset within the team.
• Conduct testing of web applications and microservices alongside development changes.
• Refine features or user stories, supporting with scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional and exploratory testing.
• Utilize Postman for API testing.
• Document and present test results to stakeholders or product owners.
• Assist in escalation, root cause analysis, reproduction, and resolution of product issues.
• Collaborate across business areas to gain stakeholder sign-off.

Key Skills:

• Experience in a testing role within an agile team.
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Cypress or Nightwatch.js.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, AWS, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and .NET integration tests.
• Experience with Splunk, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform functional and exploratory testing.
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
