Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the program of change to support commercial objectives, including improving supplier acquisition processes and speeding up product onboarding.
• Work closely with the Leadership Team to align project plans with commercial goals, ensuring efficient execution and meeting key milestones.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to define and implement a plan for peak periods that supports overarching commercial goals.
• Manage various initiatives within the commercial function aimed at strengthening the overall proposition and driving business growth.
• Identify inefficiencies within current processes and work hands-on to resolve them, ensuring operational excellence at all levels.
