Summary: This Senior Project Manager role focuses on leading a significant Financial Crime project within the Risk and Compliance function, aimed at designing and implementing a control environment that meets regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end delivery of a complex Financial Crime programme
- Define scope, objectives, success measures and benefits manage cross functional teams third party suppliers and diverse stakeholder groups across the business and technology functions
- Anticipate and mitigate risks and issues
- Apply governance, assurance and reporting standards
- Provide leadership to PMs, BAs and wider delivery teams
- Ensure smooth transition into BAU and support benefits tracking

This Senior Project Manager will lead a significant Financial Crime project within the Risk and Compliance function. The objective is to design, build and implement a complete control environment that meets regulatory requirements across sanctions screening, anti money laundering, bribery and corruption and fraud. The role covers end to end delivery including process design, data and systems requirements and implementation of an operating model that enables effective KYC capture and monitoring across the customer lifecycle. You will work across multiple business areas including large scale contact centre operations. This project carries substantial regulatory and operational importance and requires someone with strong domain knowledge and delivery discipline.
