Senior Project Manager 6-12 month FTC

Summary: As a Senior Project Manager at Equiniti, you will oversee the People Workstream in a global operating model transformation programme, focusing on enhancing capabilities within EQ India. This role involves collaboration with HR and the Programme Team to ensure effective delivery and management of project resources. The position is offered as a fixed-term contract lasting between 6 to 12 months. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the transformation and managing key project activities and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a detailed delivery plan, including identification of delivery resources required.
• Work closely with HR and the Programme Team to manage the People Workstream.
• Provide data analysis and forecasting to key stakeholders.
• Support line managers during the transformation.
• Manage key activity workstreams required to support the delivery plan.
• Develop and agree reporting requirements to monitor and report on key activities, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage key assumptions and dependencies underpinning the plan.
• Manage delivery risks relating to the plan.
• Monitor and manage the resource plan and costs for the project.
• Ensure governance for the programme is followed in line with the agreed structure.
• Prepare a detailed activity schedule for subsequent project phases.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience leading a people transformation workstream.
• Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and forecasting reports.
• Strong relationship building skills with key stakeholders.
• Experience in capacity planning/management within a project.
• Background in establishing and managing governance frameworks and milestone tracking.
• Financial Services experience, ideally in Pensions Domain Expertise.
• Demonstrable Project Management experience.
• Desirable experience of global operations.
• Desirable experience of implementing Operating Models.
