Summary: The role of Human Resources Administrator is an internship position with a prestigious automotive manufacturer, aimed at individuals currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, or those with relevant experience. The intern will provide administrative support to the HR and Facilities Team, engaging in various HR activities and projects over a fixed term of 12 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Support employees with travel visa applications and maintain accurate employee data and files.
- Assist with training administration and update training records.
- Support HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee wellbeing.
- Process invoices for the HR and facilities team.
- Provide administrative support for staff events and health and safety requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and induction process for new starters.
- Handle general administration tasks such as ordering lunches and managing staff uniform distribution.
- Support HR Coordinators and Managers with ongoing HR projects.
Key Skills:
- GCSE in Maths and English (grade C minimum) or equivalent, or relevant Human Resources qualification.
- Experience as an Administrator, preferably in a Human Resources environment.
- IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
- Good team working skills and strong customer service mentality.
- Ability to work independently and maintain workload.
- Strong integrity and sensitivity to confidentiality.
