Summary: The Senior Program Manager, Fleet Marketing will lead financial and programmatic initiatives within the Van Marketing channel for a multinational technology company. This role involves managing vendor relationships, improving operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe and North America. The successful candidate will drive program execution and enhance marketing capabilities while ensuring alignment with key performance indicators. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, supervise, and control the execution of business, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program in the UK and EU.
  • Develop capabilities to execute and enhance van marketing initiatives globally.
  • Manage complex marketing installation activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive planning, issue resolution, and program execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and measure both internal and external performance standards.
  • Deliver features and services that continuously add value for customers.
  • Monitor and report progress on all activity within the assigned program area.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, and Operations.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate and drive operational improvements.
  • Own end-to-end program strategy, delivery, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and advanced analysis tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Valid UK driver’s license and ability to travel to Delivery Stations across the UK.
  • 2+ years of experience driving process improvements (preferred).
  • Ability to create advanced charts and utilize forecasting/trend tools in Excel (preferred).
  • Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management, Logistics, or Organizational Development (preferred).
