Summary: As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative technical products, particularly focusing on e-waste management solutions. You will manage the full product lifecycle while utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to drive customer-centric solutions. This position is a contract role based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of key technical products within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products with market needs and customer expectations.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and optimization.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Engage in stakeholder management and collaboration across functions such as engineering, marketing, and design.
- Work with agile development methodologies to deliver impactful solutions.
- Conduct market research, user research, and apply design thinking methodologies.
- Familiarize with UX/UI design principles and product management tools.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in product management in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle.
- Experience in B2B environments.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of market research and design thinking methodologies.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of several key technical products within the portfolio, including one of the new solutions which is looking to revolutionise the management of e-waste. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the products in your portfolio align with market needs, customer expectations, and the overall strategic objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal and external technology teams, design, marketing, and operations to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must haves:
- 5+ years of experience in product management in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and optimization.
- Experience in B2B.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
