Summary: The Senior Process Engineer (Nuclear) role in Warrington involves providing technical leadership and expertise in a multidisciplinary team for a key nuclear programme focused on the reuse and management of Reprocessed Uranium. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and process engineering expertise within a multidisciplinary team
- Support process design and development activities in line with project objectives
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, regulatory and design standards
- Contribute to project planning, documentation, and delivery
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including safety assessors and design authorities
Key Skills:
- Degree qualified in Chemical, Process, or related engineering discipline
- Significant experience as a process engineer in nuclear or similarly regulated environments
- Knowledge of nuclear fuel cycle, waste processing, or reprocessing (desirable)
- Able to work on-site in Warrington 3 days per week
- Hold valid SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it
