Summary: The Senior PMO Manager will oversee finance and treasury processes for a global end user, focusing on project management governance, budget monitoring, and coordination of PMO activities. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in finance transformations and the ability to manage various project-related meetings. The position is hybrid, with an immediate start and an initial contract duration of 18 months. Spanish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up project management, including governance, finance controlling, risk, stage gating and change requests
- Coordinate and organise all PMO activities
- Budget and cost monitoring
- Support the business and coordinate the SI
- Run project status, design authority and SteerCo meetings
Key Skills:
- Highly experienced PMO with experience within finance transformations
- Ideally you will have experience within finance & treasury processes
- Spanish speaking is advantageous
- Experienced with all the above responsibilities
- SAP experience is good to have but not essential
